BroadBand Light (BBL) Photofacial
BroadBand Light (BBL) treatments use gentle, targeted light to fade sun damage, age spots, redness and broken vessels while stimulating collagen for improved tone and texture. Sessions are fast, tailored to your skin, and require minimal downtime; many patients see noticeable improvement after a single treatment with optimal results across a short series. Available at our Southfield location.

Clearer tone. Fewer spots. Visible confidence.
BBL (BroadBand Light) photofacials use targeted light pulses to break up pigmentation, reduce visible blood vessels and diffuse redness, and stimulate subtle skin renewal. Treatments are quick, performed in-office with minimal downtime, and typically delivered as a short series (2–4 sessions) to achieve lasting, even tone—often including face, neck, chest, and hands.
Treatments
Sun damage & brown spots
-
Light energy breaks up excess pigment (freckles, sunspots) so brown spots fade over a few sessions.
- Quick treatments with minimal downtime — ideal for restoring an even skin tone.
Redness, broken vessels & rosacea
-
Targets hemoglobin to visibly reduce facial redness, flushing, and broken capillaries.
- Produces calmer, more uniform color with durable improvement after a short series.
Skin renewal & collagen stimulation
-
Stimulates collagen to refine texture, shrink pores, and improve overall skin firmness.
- Great as a maintenance treatment to keep tone and texture improving over time.
Acne control & active inflammation
-
Reduces inflammatory acne by targeting bacteria/inflammation and calming redness (best when combined with medical topical care).
- Often used as part of a treatment plan to speed clearance and reduce post-acne discoloration.
