Dr. Aviles listened, gave his opinion and was open and clear about all possibilities of surgery. The staff worked as hard as possible to deal with insurance and all communication needed. Shout out to Jen for doing everything in her power to help me get to surgery! ###### Haley lyell I went to Skyline Plastic Surgery and Dr. Aviles to have surgery on a torn tendon in my right pinky finger. The doctor and his staff did an exceptional job from beginning to end and even after with all my follow up visits to this point. They are very professional, timely and a great group of people. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone. ###### Dre Lowe Jennifer is the best. I started getting more sagging around my jawline and chin area. Jennifer was able to see exactly what I needed. She used juvederm and it gave me a softer look. I am extremely pleased with the results, she never lets me down🙆‍♀️ ###### Michelle Had a great experience with Skyline. Surgery was performed with a minimum amount of pain. I had a discussion with both doctors about what to expect and the healing process . If I ever had need for their services again, I would feel very confident in using Skyline. ###### Thomas Dorsey [![SKYLINE LOGO - Dark Background](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SKYLINE%20LOGO%20-%20Dark%20Background.png?width=300&height=153&name=SKYLINE%20LOGO%20-%20Dark%20Background.png "SKYLINE LOGO - Dark Background")](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/?hsLang=en) ###### Navigation - [About Us](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/about) - [Media](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/skyline-plastic-surgery-media) - [Surgical Procedures](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/surgical-procedures) - [Non-Surgical Procedures](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/non-surgical-procedures-skyline-plastic-surgery) - [Book a Cosmetic Appointment Now](https://skylineplasticsurgery.janeapp.com/) - [Contact Us](https://skylineplasticsurgery.com/contact-us) ###### Contact Info 29201 Telegraph Road Suite 200 Southfield, MI 48034  [248-936-0067](tel:2489360067) Follow us on Facebook Follow us on Instagram Follow us on Twitter Copyright © 2026.
