Our nurse injector is highly trained in the latest and safest injection techniques. We carry a variety of injectable products, including Botox cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin, Kybella and dermal fillers, including the Juvéderm collection of fillers. During your consultation our nurse will determine which products are most appropriate for you and your personal aesthetic goals.
Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are amazing non-surgical treatment options for men and women to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the face when you make facial expressions. These FDA approved products can be safely injected under the skin to weaken the muscles that wrinkle the skin and can dramatically age your appearance or suggest that you look angry or tired, even when you’re not.
At Skyline Plastic Surgery, neuromodulators are administered by our qualified team members to reduce “worry lines”, “crow’s feet” and “frown lines”. They also use them for elevating the eyebrows, excessive sweating, platysmal bands in the neck and reducing the width of the jaw in selected patients.
The procedure is quick and performed in the office with minimal pain and no downtime. Topical anesthetics can be used to numb the skin. You will see results as soon as three days later, but full results happen at 7-10 days. Neuromodulators last up to 3-4 months.
If you want to address moderate and harsh wrinkles or volume loss, you will be better served with our dermal filler injections. Dermal fillers are more suitable for addressing issues like the tear troughs, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, parentheses lines, cheek volume loss, and thin lips.
Neuromodulators should not be administered to pregnant women, nursing mothers or individuals suffering with myasthenia gravis or muscle diseases.
This is a non-surgical and minimally invasive treatment option that requires almost no downtime or recovery time. Patients can resume their normal activities right away but should not lie down for at least 4 hours or sweat for 24 hours post injection. There may be a small degree of redness and swelling around the injection sites, but this will fade shortly.
As we age, collagen (which maintains skin firmness) gradually disappears, and our skin loses moisture. Dermal fillers can take years off your appearance by temporarily restoring volume and fullness.
Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body. The hyaluronic acid within fillers can be used to diminish facial lines as well as lift and shape. The most common dermal fillers we use at Skyline Plastic Surgery are the Juvéderm collection of fillers and includes products such as Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, Juvéderm Ultra XC and Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC. All filler treatments are uniquely customized for each patient and include a follow-up appointment to make sure you are happy with your results.
Injectable fillers can last anywhere from six months up to two years. Topical anesthetics are used to numb the skin prior to the procedure.

Kybella is an FDA-approved fat dissolving injectable treatment targeting fullness under the chin also known as a “double chin.” It uses deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that assists with the metabolism and breakdown of stubborn fat in the treatment area under the chin. The treatment plan requires 2-4 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results. It provides permanent results to patients in as little as 2 treatments. Once desired results are achieved, re-treatment is not expected.
Downtime: Minimal. You’ll feel a slight burning sensation during treatment, which dissipates quickly. We will numb the area and make sure to have ice available to make you more comfortable. (Swelling, tenderness, numbness, and bruising can last 2-4 weeks).
Results in: 2-3 months
Results Last: Long lasting
